Did you know historically, coffee traces back to the 15th Century? That was between 1401-1500! Coffee may have been discovered long before, but the trade and spread of it was well known by that time. Coffee houses were very popular in the Arabian Peninsula and many people used it as space to socialize to get the latest gossip! Sounds like something I would do!
Coffee has been banned multiple times throughout history, too! It was banned in Mecca because it was known to stimulate new and different ways of thinking. And in Italy, many priests feared coffee was connected to Satan for its growing popularity and because it came from the Middle East!
A study showed that caffeine doesn't necessarily cause you to urinate more frequent than normal. However, the amount of sugar and salt in a beverage does!
